JOB TITLE: SUBJECT TEACHERS
THE JOB.
Subject Teachers teach students in specialized subject area. Applicants must be professional teachers with minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) and Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) licence. Applicants without degrees in Education should have Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). Outstanding skills in communication, listening, empathy and patience are also needed. JOB TITLE: CLASS TEACHER (PRIMARY SCHOOL)
Required to teach children from ages 5 to 11 in primary school, and efficiently manage pre-primary and primary classes, create a learning environment,
Job Specification for Class Teachers (Primary)
Plan, prepare and deliver lessons and schoolwork in accordance with curriculum guidelines; review home works, administer assessments and examinations; work with parents to ensure pupils have support learning environment both at home and school; inspire pupils to enjoy learning, be confident in their abilities, and take pride in their achievements from a young age; teach literacy, social science, numeracy, creative expression, as well as physical education skills to pupils through creative activities and utilization of wide range of teaching materials

Qualification for Class Teachers (Primary)
Applicants must be professional teachers with minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) and Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) licence. In addition to deep subject knowledge and understanding, candidates must possess qualities of confidence, empathy, patience, passion and love for children.
JOB SPECIFICATION: PRIMARY SCHOOL CLASS ASSISTANTS.
Class Assistants provide general assistance to primary and pre-primary Class Teachers for efficient delivery of teaching and learning activities.
Job Specification for Class Assistants
Assist in getting classroom environments, materials and equipment clean, ready and safe; and oversee pupils during non-class periods. Develop and deliver lesson plans if and when required to stand in if and when the Teacher is absent. Qualification for Class Assistants Minimum qualification of NCE and current Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) licence are required. Ideal candidates should be friendly, competent and compassionate. They must enjoy working with children.
JOB TITLE: GUARDIAN COUNSELLORS
This is a senior management position focused on providing guidance to help learners navigate academic challenges and personal issues and contribute to a more effective academic environment in partnership with parents and professionals
Job Specification for Guidance Counsellor
Assist learners in selecting appropriate courses and career paths. Provide learners with insights into various academic options to make informed decisions about their future. Help learners manage stress, build self-esteem, develop interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and build healthy relationships. As well as offer learners the safe space to express their feelings and concerns freely. The Counsellor also work with teachers to create strategies that address students’ individual learning needs in addition to cooperating with parents, teachers and external partners to identify and remedy behavioural problems.
Qualification for Guidance Counsellor
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Guardian Counselling, membership of professional guardian counselling association and work experience as a Guardian Counsellor in an academic environment are required. Also required are listening, empathy, communication, leadership, decision-making, problem solving and conflict-resolution skills.
JOB TITLE: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN.
To effectively manage, develop and evaluate the effective use of school science laboratories in support of teaching and examination in chemistry, earth sciences, life sciences, and physical sciences.
Job Specification for Laboratory Technician
Preparation of the laboratory for experiments and demonstrations for classes and examinations. Making up solutions. Preparation of slide sand experiments. Keep records and give proper accounts of all lab materials and reagents. Tidying up the laboratory after usage.
JOB TITLE: SCHOOL LIBRARIAN
To effectively manage ,develop, promote and evaluate the school library and learning resource and information service platforms to support effective teaching and learning in the school.
Job Specification for school librarian
Organization and management of the school library. Contribution to curriculum and policy development by liaising with Heads of Departments on provision and updating of relevant references resources. Selection and promoting library resources to learners and staff. Advising and supporting staff and students on
effective use of the library. Developing and maintaining links other libraries and
relevant organisations.
Qualification for School Librarian Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in library or information science,
membership of professional library association and work experience as a librarian in an academic environment are required.
Drivers
Applicants should not be more than 40 years of age, married, resident in Abuja with valid driving licence, minimum of senior secondary certificate, and minimum of five years’ experience. A recommendation letters from acceptable responsible source of good standing and immediate past employer attesting to good behaviour and work record from are also required.

Evidence of NYSC service or exemption from the service is needed for all applicants with Degree or HND. Post-qualification working experience is an advantage. Competence literacy is a basic requirement. Preference are accorded to applicants residing in Abuja.
